The fastest way to purchase a license, permit or stamp is the convenient Online Service from the Arkansas Game & Fish commission Web site.
Purchase Your Fishing License Online

You will be asked to supply personal information and a Visa or Mastercard number.
The license itself will be printed on your home printer. 

You can also call 223-6349 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in the Little Rock area, or 1-800-364-GAME (1-800-364-4263) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please have your credit card and an identification number ready. Your identification number can be a driver’s license, social security number, hunter education number, state ID number or passport number. Your hunting or fishing privileges become effective immediately and your license will arrive in the mail in a few days

Lifetime and commercial licenses are not available by phone or online.

NEW REGULATION!!
You will not be able to print a license from your computer for hunting of big game.
 Deer, Turkey, Bear or Elk..
You cannot hunt one of these animals until you receive your official license through the mail from AGFC.


You will be able to print a temporary license
 valid for 14 days for fishing and small game hunting.
 It is not valid for hunting Deer, Turkey, Bear or Elk

Resident Sportsman’s License (RS) entitles holder to hunt all species
with modern gun, muzzleloader, and archery, to take a total bag limit of
deer, and to hunt or trap furbearers. State and federal waterfowl stamps must also be purchased to hunt waterfowl. The $10.50 Resident Wildlife Conservation license (HNT) is not valid for turkey hunting.

Resident Combination Sportsman’s License (CS) entitles holder to
hunt all game species using modern gun, muzzleloader or archery; to take a total bag limit of deer; to hunt or trap furbearers; and to fish the waters of the state with noncommercial tackle. State and federal waterfowl stamps must also be purchased to hunt waterfowl.

Getting Your Arkansas Fishing License
Arkansas nonresident licenses range from $11 to $22 depending on the number of days you need the license for, and whether or not you buy a trout permit. You may purchase your license at a number of local stores, resorts, and marinas. Nonresident Annual All Game Hunting License (NBG) entitles
holder to hunt all species except furbearers. State and federal waterfowl stamps must also be purchased to hunt waterfowl.

to hunt all species except furbearers for the 5-day period specified. State and federal waterfowl stamps must also be purchased to hunt waterfowl.

to hunt all species except furbearers for the 3-day period specified. State and federal waterfowl stamps must also be purchased to hunt waterfowl.

Nonresidents under age 16 must purchase a nonresident license after killing a turkey.
